Why this matters for business: When you need to analyze an entire contract, process a complete CRM export, or review a full codebase, Claude can handle it in a single request. GPT-4 often requires splitting documents into chunks, which leads to lost context and inconsistent results.

Real example: A client needed to extract key terms from 80-page vendor contracts. Claude processed each contract in a single pass with near-perfect accuracy. GPT-4 required chunking and produced more inconsistencies at document boundaries.

My Recommendation for B2B Companies

For most B2B business automation — the kind that generates leads, processes data, creates reports, and automates workflows — Claude AI is the superior choice. The accuracy advantage alone justifies the selection, because errors in business automation cost real money.
